1. Quote validity
Quotes generated through this form are based on the information provided and remain valid for 7 days from issue. Pricing is indicative and subject to a site inspection. Final pricing may change if site conditions, scope, or measurements differ from those provided in this form.
2. Pricing & GST
All amounts shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices listed in the service catalogue are excluding GST. GST of 10% is added to your final quote and shown as a separate line item, along with the total payable amount including GST.
3. Workmanship guarantee
JMF Waterproofing offers a 10-year workmanship guarantee where the products used carry supplier-approved guarantees. For all other workmanship, a JMF Waterproofing guarantee applies. Specific guarantee details will be confirmed in your final quote and contract.
4. Booking & deposit
A booking is confirmed once you accept your formal quote and any required deposit is paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start may be subject to a call-out fee to cover materials and scheduled time.
5. Site access & conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site, including power, water, and any required parking. Delays caused by inaccessible sites, other trades, or third parties may extend project timelines and incur additional charges.
6. Variations
Any additional work or changes to scope identified during the project will be discussed with you in writing before proceeding. No variations will be carried out without your approval.
7. Privacy
Your contact details are collected to prepare and deliver your quote and to follow up regarding your enquiry. We will not share your details with any third party without your consent.
